The lamp holders of the E27 and B22

Mechanical strength,Torsional torque
Perform the following torque test, the cap should be firmly bonded to the lamp body or the lamp used to precession or spin out the site:
Lamp holder B22d ............................................................................................................ 3 N · m
Lamp holder E27 ............................................................................................................... 3 N · m
Torque should not be suddenly imposed, and should be gradually increased from zero to the specified value.
Not used for bonding of the lamp is fixed, the lamp cap and the lamp allows a relative movement between, but should not exceed 10 °. Mechanical strength test, the lamps shall conform to the requirements of electric shock prevention (see Chapter 6).
Cap temperature rise
In accordance with the QB / T 2512 Measuring finished lamp cap temperature rise △ ts when its temperature during the start of the lamp, stability and stabilization period of time after shall not exceed the following values:
B22d ................................................. .................. 125 K
E27 ................................................. .................. 120 K
The temperature rise and 60 W (maximum power) incandescent temperature rise the same as incandescent prevent overheating. Incandescent lamps heat resistance heat test source (HTS) lamps test.
All tests shall be conducted using the rated voltage. If the lamp voltage range marked only should be used the average of the voltage range of the test, but the voltage range of the upper and lower limit values of the difference between its average voltage should not exceed 2.5%. For a wide range of lamp voltage, the test is used when the highest value in its scope.
Heat resistance
Self-ballasted electrodeless fluorescent lamps shall have sufficient heat resistance. External shock light insulating member and the fixed member of the insulating member should be charged with sufficient heat resistance.
Shown in Figure 4 using the ball pressure test apparatus to test its eligibility.
Test shall be carried out in the heating chamber, the inside temperature should be lower than in Chapter 9 of the parts normal operating temperature 25 ℃ ± 5 ℃. For a fixed charging member is an insulating member must be at least 125 ℃, other components should be 80 ℃. The surface should be level tested components added together, the 5 mm diameter steel ball beat of 20 N on the surface of the test part.
Prior to testing, the first test load and the support device in a heating chamber heating time sufficient to ensure that they reach a stable test temperature.
Before applying a test load, test components into the heating chamber heated to 10 min.
Test, if the test surface appear bent, it should be part of the ball to prop up the pressure. To this end, if not a complete test on a sample can be removed from the above test to the appropriate sections.
Sample thickness at least 2.5 mm, if the sample is not up to such a thickness of more than two samples can be placed together.
1 h after the test parts removed from the ball, the test unit into cold water 10 min, let it cool to near room temperature, measuring components of the indentation, and its diameter should not exceed 2 mm.
If the curved surface of the oval indentation, measure the length of the minor axis diameter of the indentation.
If in doubt, the measured indentation depth and diameter, calculated using the formula, the formula P is the indentation depth.
Ceramic material components are not subjected to this test.
Fire and flame
Insulating parts retaining live parts and the external shock of the insulating parts, should be able to withstand the GB / T 5169.10 glow-wire test requirements:
Sample is finished lamp. In order to test the lamp can be removed from the independent part, but must ensure that the test conditions and practical conditions are basically the same.
The specimen is mounted on the bracket, 1N force applied to the top of the pressure in the glow-wire, filament Preferably, the distance from the test piece 15 mm in the upper part or larger than 15 mm, while in the center of the test surface. Glow-wire penetration depth of the specimen is limited to use mechanical methods 7 mm.
If for the sample is too small, and can not be tested according to the above requirements, then the desirable plate of the same material as the test sample, the sample should be the square of 30 mm and a thickness of the minimum thickness of the finished product sample.
Glow wire temperature at the top of 650 ℃. 30 s after the specimen from the glow wire 696.
Before starting the test, the glow-wire temperature and heating current should be constant 1 min. But to ensure that heat radiation during this period shall not affect the sample. Sheathed thermocouple wire using highly sensitive measuring glow wire temperature at the top, the structure of the thermocouple calibration should meet the GB / T 5169.10 requirements.
Move away from the glow wire specimen, the specimen should be on any combustion flame extinguished in the 30s, and the whereabouts of any burning substance should not be lit in the sample below horizontal distance of 200 mm ± 25 mm of tissue.
Porcelain lamp holder are not subjected to this test.
