Supposing you opened up your fixture, removed the actual bulb, and examined the Lamp socket, alone, and your voltmeter showed present, my best guess is that the contacts on the switch, or a wire link, elsewhere, have corroded completely to cause an extremely great impedence connection.
the effects on this would be that with a low draw load, for example an electronic voltmeter, it would sign up full voltage, though with a load, the amount of resistance would cause sufficient voltage drop to scale back the voltage along the intended load to help virtually zero. (natural and organic to a kinked garden hose. should the valve is off, it has full stress, but as soon while you open the device, the pressure drops so that you can nothing),it is always anything of a challenge to find a problem of this nature, by using a test light, or a solenoid type voltage tester being the best instruments for the task.
my personal recommendation for your predicament: turn the crusher back off, and be aware of what other lights along with receptacles the breaker disconnects. then, with the crusher on, work your way on the problem light into the panel, and tag any that also tend not to carry a load. once you've done this, the problem should be in either the first deceased one, or the continue live one. using the breaker off, yank the switches or maybe plugs out of the divider, and take note when any wires usually are not secure in the equipment. this is a very common problem. in case the wires have been pushed into terminals while in the back, and you can't make them secure, switch the device, replacing the actual wires on the coordinating terminals. (If there is your side screw as well as a push-in terminal in conjunction, they can be essentially the same critical - I prefer the medial side screws) also check for heat damaged twine nuts.
if your home old enough that it is " cable " with "lighting starter" wiring format, then the loose interconnection may be inside a bulb box, and you will have to a target making sure any connections are not tampered together with.
